Free Paper Presentations
1. GUIDELINES FOR FREE SESSIONS
- EFORT asks all presenting authors in each session shall be at the respective auditorium 30 minutes before their presentation.
- Only PowerPoint presentations are accepted. The presenter should submit the
files at the Media Center (rooms 1.14 and 1.09 on the first floor) ONE day before the presentation. The file shall
be submitted on a CD or a USB pen.
- OPENING HOURS OF THE MEDIA CENTER
- Friday, 3 June from 2 pm to 6 pm
- Saturday, 4 June from 8 am to 6 pm
- Sunday, 5 June from 8 am to 6 pm
- Monday, 6 June from 8 am to 6 pm
- LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: each free paper session shall be presented according to the following schedule:
- 7 min for Presentation
- 3 min for Discussion
- No personal portable computers are allowed as all auditoriums already have a computer.
