Function and Main Tasks Summary
- Assistance to the Administration Manager
- Overall involvement of EFORT’s Administration:
- Communication between EFORT and ExCom (Executive Committee), National Society Members, Specialty Society Members and other Member Societies
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Overall Administration tasks:
- Update and monitor Member Societies’ lists
- General Assistance of projects, e.g. Newsletter and Yearly Members Handbook
- Flight and Hotel bookings for the ExCom members
- Warehouse keeping
- Inventory (e.g. office material)
- Filing of documents
- Handle various daily assigned tasks by Administration Manager
- Handle office and event logistics in coordination with “Event Trainee/Assistant”
- Handle daily office tasks, e.g. mail and telephone

| Qualifications / Job requirements |
- Trainee year after administration / business school
- Good PC knowledge (Windows Office)
- Native in German, able to speak and write English (advanced level), further language skills a plus
- Flexible, dynamic, proactive and young person who is willing to learn with team spirit
- Good manners, able to communicate to ExCom members
- Age 17 to 20
