The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions and industry exhibition
- Lunches and Coffee breaks on April 22 and 23
- Meeting documentation
- Certificate of attendance
- CME credits certificate
Hotel accommodation can be reserved at reduced rates in Bologna hotels through the intermediary of OIC Way srl. Only bookings made through OIC Way srl in advance will secure these rates. All rates quoted on the hotel booking page are per room and per night.
Room rates also include breakfast, service, taxes and private facilities, unless otherwise stated.

REIMBURSEMENT OF PAID FEES AND AMOUNTS
In case of cancellation received
• By 15 January 2010
The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% for administrative charges
• Between 16 January 2010 and 29 March 2010
The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50% for administrative charges
• After 29 March 2010
No refund will be allowed for cancellations or no-shows
Refunds will processed after the congress.
Name changes will be accepted for an extra charge of EUR 56/change (VAT included).
