CANCELLATION POLICY
Any changes or cancellations in connection with registration fees must be made in writing to EFORT CO fax +41 (44) 448 4411, E-mail: efort-ic@efort.org.
In case of cancellation received
  • by 1st May 2008
    The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30%.
  • between 2nd May 2008 and 31st July 2008
    The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50%.
  • after 1st of August 2008
    No refund will be allowed for cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds will be processed after the Event.

Conditions:
  • The course will only be given if a minimum of 50 participants register until 1st of August 2008. EFORT reserves the right to cancel the course if these conditions are not met.


  • In case of cancellation, the registration fee will be reimbursed to those who have paid in; however, EFORT excludes any liability for the cancellation and does not compensate for any liability, costs or expenses (such as hotel or flight costs) incurred. A possible cancellation will be notified by email to all registered participants.
