EFORT Robotics Fellowship

In September 2019, EFORT has launched the Robotics Fellowship Programme. This programme, kindly supported by Stryker, is an excellent preparation for clinical practice in the field of robotics outside of an academic environment.

Accepted fellows are expected to train in the wide range of robotic assisted hip and knee arthroplasty surgery under the supervision of distinguished surgeons with extensive clinical and academic experience in the joint replacement robotic field.

Two types of the fellowship are available:

  • Visiting Fellowships: the fellow visits one host centre for the fixed period of 6 months.
  • Travelling Fellowship: the fellow will have the opportunity to visit 2-4 leading Mako Robotic University Teaching Hospitals in Europe within the timeframe of a 2-4 week period.
