All posters will be presented at the Congress as wall paper posters.
Please consult all details for presentation in the Poster general information section.
Oral presentations:
Electronic material from authors is uploaded on site for the following sessions: CCD, Debate Forum, IEE, EBM, Honorary Lectures, Instructional Lectures and Symposia. The upload is handled at the Speakers Preview Centre, located near the registration area. The opening hours are as following:

- PC users may upload the corresponding material at least 2 hours before the time of each presentation.
- Macintosh users are asked to come at least 4 hours before the time of their speech.
Technical assistance will be provided and edit/update of the material can be done on the working stations on-site. Please check your presentation carefully before the final sign-off.
If you are giving more than one speech during the Congress, you may upload all your presentations at the same time and they will be sent to the corresponding session hall at the time of your session.
Please note:
- personal notebooks will NOT be connected in the lecture rooms
- traditional slides are not allowed
