Hotel reservations
In order to make a hotel reservation, please access the registration platform and choose your hotel accommodation. The deadline for reservations is 4 March 2013. As hotels have limited capacities, it is recommended that you make your hotel booking as early as possible. If the first-choice hotel/category has already been sold out, Topkon Congress Services reserves the right to arrange accommodation in another hotel/category.

Confirmation of hotel reservation
When the appropriate payments have been processed, a confirmation/invoice will be sent to participants. This confirmation will include all details for the hotel reservation. Please read the cancellation terms and conditions within the reservation platform.
