EFORT Comprehensive Review Course (CRC)

The EFORT Comprehensive Review Course (CRC) provides a quick analysis of the basic and fundamental knowledge of Orthopaedic surgery & Traumatology. It will take place during the EFORT annual Congress over two days on

The primary audience of the CRC is the young orthopaedic surgeons and residents in training.

The essential information for each topic is presented in a concise and brief way with a high degree of evidence.

Experts in each field conduct the course which consists of approximately 20 presentations between 15 and 30 minutes long covering the following major topics: Basic Science; Paediatrics; Reconstruction; Sport Injuries; Musculoskeletal Infections; Musculoskeletal Tumors; Spine (incl. Trauma); Trauma Lower Limb; Trauma Upper Limb; Modern Patients Needs - Challenges and Solutions In Orthopaedics & Trauma.

Handouts with a summarizing article for each presentation are gathered in the CRC syllabus to be distributed to participants of the course.

The CRC is a stand-alone programme within the scientific content and pre-registration to the course is mandatory. The compact structure of the CRC allows participants to also attend other specialized sessions during the rest of the congress.
