Instructions for e-Poster Presenters

All E-posters will be shown electronically with search functionality in the congress venue at the E-Poster stations. Furthermore, the authors of the top 30 (best rated e-posters) have the possibility to present their results as a paper poster. The selected authors will be informed personally prior to the congress.

  • E-posters will be available during the entire Congress in the e-poster area at the meeting venue. E-posters will be available to all Congress participants via 35 computers exclusively reserved for e-poster presentations.
  • E-poster presentations may include up to 10 slides (landscape format) offering information structured as follows: introduction, materials & methods, discussion and conclusion.

We recommend 20MB that can be uploaded through the portal. If your presentation exceeds 30MB, please send a CD to the EFORT Head Office.

  • PDF and PowerPoint formats are accepted
  • Authors are welcome to add images, tables and detailed data to document their e-poster better. Videos may also be included. All slides must be in landscape format. Authors should take full advantage of the slide area.

Authors with a confirmed registration for the Congress in Copenhagen 2011 are required to upload their e-poster file(s) no later than 20 May 2011 at: http://abstracts.efort.org. E-poster uploading on site is not accepted.

Please use the user name and password you have already received with your abstract confirmation to log on and access the upload section.

In this same upload private section, authors are welcome to state their availability to discuss their e-poster with interested Congress participants at the e-poster meeting point, located in the e-poster area.
