In the interests of efficiency, we kindly ask that you register yourself and your accompanying person(s) exclusively online through the EFORT portal at www.efort.org, or on the Congress webpage www.efort.org/copenhagen2011. All fees are indicated in EUR, incl. VAT.

The latest date for pre-registration is 10 May 2011. Registrations received after this date will not be considered and will have to be resubmitted on site. Registrations submitted using the registration form by fax are subject to a EUR 25 administration charge.

* Certificate from training director, copy of student card or proof of occupation is required within 14 days of registration, otherwise the regular fee will be applied.

Registration fee for participants in the CRC includes

  • Admission to the full-day CRC course on 3 June (approx. 08.00 - 17.00)
  • Admission to the industry exhibition (day of CRC course only)
  • Lunch package
  • European CME credits
  • Certificate of attendance

Registration fee1) for accompanying person includes

  • Admission to opening ceremony and welcome reception
  • Two half-day tours (see description)
  • Voucher for local transport pass

Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions!
