HOTEL CATEGORIES
All rates quoted on the hotel booking form are per room and per night (not
per person). Room rates also include breakfast, service, taxes and private
facilities, unless otherwise stated. Please indicate your first choice of
hotel category on the hotel booking form, and also your second choice of
category we should book in case your first choice is unavailable. By booking
on–line (open from September 2010) you will be able to view and select the
hotels. Full prepayment by credit card will be required. For the cancellation
policy, please see the “Payment and cancellations” paragraph.
As single rooms are
limited, you might want to share a double room with a colleague, or
you will be assigned a double room for single occupancy if necessary
(price in such cases will be slightly lower than the double-room rate
and will be indicated in the confirmation of room details). You are
kindly requested to return the hotel booking form giving details of
required accommodation together with the appropriate deposit (see
chart). In order to avoid disappointment, early bookings are recommended. |
DEADLINE FOR GUARANTEED ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation
cannot be guaranteed for requests received after 30 March 2011, although
OIC Way srl will make every effort to meet your requirements. We will
operate on a first come, first served basis with incoming requests.
Reservations will only be processed if down payment is received.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
All hotel reservations will be handled on a
first come, first served basis. Group reservations (more than five
rooms) through travel agencies, companies etc. will receive separate
contracts.
