EFORT Anatomical Course

• Please note that it is mandatory to provide a Vaccination Certificate.
• Registration is limited to 24 participants on a first come, first served basis.
• Only individual registration will be taken into consideration.
• Group registrations are not possible.
• Late registration fees applies from 10 to 25 January 2015.

ATP cancellation policy:

• 2 weeks or less prior to the starting date: 50% of the registration fees will be charged.
• more than 2 weeks prior to the starting date: administrative fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
