The upcoming EFORT Congress in Málaga will focus on “Innovations and Transdisciplinarity in the Orthopaedic Future”.
The Scientific Chair and the EFORT Board thrive to offer you the opportunity to exchange with leading European Orthopaedic Surgeons but also discuss the latest Scientific development in Orthopaedic and Traumatology.

This year edition is promising!
We are honoured to have our two honorary lecturers addressing keynote speech as follows:
- Prof. Maurillio Marcacci will provide the Michael Freeman Lecture on Tuesday 5 May on “Knee surgery: 50 years of unended evolution”.
- Prof. Panayiotis J. Papagelopoulos will provide the Erwin Morscher Lecture on Wednesday 6 May on “Innovations in Musculoskeletal Oncology and Limb Salvage Surgery“.
Additionnally, in order to encourage young people to get involved in this major European Scientific event, EFORT decided to involve young moderators in all scientific sessions thanks to a close partnership with FORTE and SECOT.
Last but not least, our sponsors such as Advita, BD ,Enovis, Implancast, Medacta and Stryker, will be organising Industry Collaborative Sessions and Symposium to present the latest development on medical devices and implants. Many other sponsors will also present their devices and services in the exhibition hall.
As of today, the number of participants is higher than last year.
