Room Location
This year, for the first time, we have scheduled the General Assembly during slots typically reserved for the scientific program. The General Assembly will take place in Roseraie 1 & 2. Seating will be in theatre style, and access to power outlets will be very limited or possibly unavailable. Think of downloading the congress app before your arrival in Lyon!

Badge Pick-Up
Your badge will be available at the VIP desk, located near the main registration area located in the CCCL Level 1 Main Entrance Terreaux . Please refer to the floorplan section to find your way.

All supporting documents can be downloaded from the section below. We would like to remind you that our congress is a paperless event; therefore, no printed copies of these documents will be provided onsite. Please note that additional files may be added to this folder up to two days before the meeting.

Elections
As in previous years, during the General Assembly, the National Delegates will elect new members to the EFORT Board. Additionally, this year, two members of the Finance Committee will also be elected. (see official invitation dated 11 March 2025)

Please note that only Delegates of EFORT National Member Societies have voting rights during the General Assembly. Presidents of EFORT National Member Societies or any other societies, as well as guests, are not entitled to vote, unless they are also the officially appointed EFORT Delegate of their National Society.

Voting will be conducted electronically via Slido, a polling platform. Only National Delegates will receive, prior to the meeting and separately, detailed instructions on how to access the platform and cast their vote.

Welcome Reception

Following the General Assembly meeting, you are cordially invited to attend the General Assembly Welcome Reception, taking place at the congress centre from 17:45 to 18:45.
