EOTR presents basic and clinical research in orthopaedics and related disciplines. It offers a forum for discussion among surgeons and those who work with them, as well as patient organisations. Articles published here reflect the broad spectrum of European opinion on the daily practice of orthopaedics, and help to promote consensus and accepted standards across the discipline.
The journal functions as a communication channel connecting the member societies to one another and to the organisation. This is why each member of the EFORT National Societies’ membership network can benefit from free access to the journal.
