Only presenting authors of Posters confirmed in the final Scientific Programme have
received the guidelines to prepare and upload the electronic version of their work.
If you have not received a final confirmation notification for your Poster on March 03, please directly send an inquiry to: scicom@efort.org.
All abstracts accepted will be presented at the Congress as wall paper posters. Authors are welcome to add images, tables and detailed data to document their poster better.
The presentation of accepted posters will require 2 mandatory steps:
- Upload of the electronic version of the poster on our portal by 27 April 2015.
- Bring a print version of the poster to the congress venue in Prague. (EFORT does not handle the printing or set up of any poster)
Posters can be prepared under a single slide PowerPoint® file with a portrait DIN A0 format. Please consult the document with our poster format guidelines here below.

Please take into account that:
- Only posters successfully uploaded will receive a physical space for presentation at the congress.
- Presentation of posters will be running every day from 13h00 to 15h00.
- Every poster is presented only during one day.
- Authors will receive their final schedule by mid May 2015.
- Daily set up of posters is done from 08.30 to 12.30 and dismantling is mandatory after 15.00.
- Posters not removed before 17.30 will be discarded.

Some authors will be selected for a short 5-minutes oral presentation of their poster on-site. Detailed schedule of these presentations will be communicated to the concerned authors. Best posters will receive a special distinction.
