The registration for the 15th Congress of the European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (EFORT) is open. The Congress will take place in London, UK, between the 4 and 6 June 2014. This year the registration process starts on EFORT’s community platform EFORTnetbefore being redirected to our congress registration system.

Online registration at is preferred. All fees are indicated in EUR, incl. local VAT (may be subject to change without prior notice). In order to avoid double charges, please submit your registration only once.
The late registration fee will apply to any forms received after 31 January 2014. Registrations received after 15 May 2014 will be processed as on-site registrations.

Confirmation
When appropriate payment has been received, a confirmation / invoice will be send to participants.
This confirmation should be presented at the registration desk and/or pre-registration counters on-site.
Registration fee for participants includes

Registration fee for participants in the CRC includes

Participants with a CRC ticket are not granted access to other scientific sessions running on the same day. More information: CRC 2014

Method of payment
Payment should be made in Euros as follows:
- By credit card
(Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa, AmericanExpress). Your card number, expiry date, credit card verification number, date and signature must be given on the registration form. - By German debit card (payment via German bank accounts only)
- On-site
Payments can also be made in cash (EUR) or by credit card.
Registrations sent by fax or mail are subject to an additional € 19,00 administration charge.
Cancellation Policy – Registration / Confirmation / Cancellation
In case of cancellation of participation until 11 December 2013 the registration fee will be refunded deducting a handling fee of 30% of the paid amount. Between 11 December 2013 and 13 March 2014 the registration fee will be refunded deducting a handling fee of 50% of the paid amount. After 13 March 2014 there will be no refund whatsoever. Cancellations must be communicated in written form. Name changes incur a handling fee of € 39,00 per registration. In case of no-show or early departure no refund of registration fees will be made. The organisers will only accept request for refunds if they are in writing. Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your registration form. The re-issuing of an invoice incurs a € 39,00 handling fee. Prices of sub-contractors are based on the current tariffs and VAT rate. All prices and details, beyond our control, are subject to change.
