• Online registration is preferred!
• All fees are indicated in EUR, incl. local VAT (may be subject to change without prior notice). In order to avoid double charges, please submit your registration only once.
• The late registration fee will apply to any forms received from 01 March to 02 May 2016.
• Registrations received as of 03 May 2016 will be processed as on-site registrations.

Registration fee for participants includes

• Admission to scientific sessions and industry symposia
• Congress bag with numerous congress documents
• Opening / Award Ceremony
• Admission to the industry exhibition
• European CME credits
• Certificate of attendance

Registration fee for participants registered only for the CRC day includes

• Admission to the full-day CRC course on 03 June 2016
• Admission to the industry exhibition (day of CRC course only)
• Congress bag with numerous congress documents
• Lunch package
• Certificate of attendance

Registration fee does not include

• Lunch and refreshments
• Hotel costs

Method of payment

Payment should be made in Euros as follows:

• By credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, American Express).
  Your card number, expiry date, credit card verification number, date and signature must be given on the registration form.
• By German debit card (Payment via German bank accounts only).
• On-site (Payments on-site can also be made in cash (EUR) or by credit card).

Please note that registrations sent by fax or mail are subject to an additional € 19,00 administration charge.

Cancellation Policy – Registration / Confirmation / Cancellation

• In case of cancellation of participation and or workshops until 10 December 2015 the registration fee will be refunded deducting a handling fee of 30% of the paid amount.
• Between 11 December 2015 and 03 March 2016 the registration fee will be refunded deducting a handling fee of 50% of the paid amount.
• After 03 March 2016 there will be no refund whatsoever.
• Cancellations must be communicated in written form.
• Name changes incur a handling fee of EUR 39 per registration.
• In case of no-show or early departure no refund of registration fees will be made.
• The organisers will only accept request for refunds if they are in writing.
• Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your registration form.
• The re-issuing of an invoice incurs a EUR 39 handling fee.
• Prices of sub-contractors are based on the current tariffs and VAT rate.
• All prices and details, beyond our control, are subject to change.
